Pend Oreille County Park is a wonderful place to spend time in with your family and friends, have a picnic or wander through one of the picturesque hiking trails.
Pend Oreille County Park offers primitive tent and small RV camping in a beautiful setting with a diversity of animals and plants. Old growth trees are the main attractions of the area. White-tailed deer, elk, moose, bobcat and birds can be found here.
Camping is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend still the time frames can be changed depending on the weather.
In total the park has 17 camping sites, each with a picnic table, fire grill, and fire pit.
Potable water is available at multiple sites throughout the campground.
Overnight camping is first come, first served.
Camp sites are limited to vehicles 18′ in length or smaller.
Hiking trails provide the visitors with over 7 miles of hiking throughout the park.
The trail system may be accessed year-round for hiking, snow-shoeing and cross country skiing from the park entrance parking lot.
Horse riding is also available.
Pend Oreille County Park is a PAY campground.
