2015-11-15My son and I will be doing this run on 5 June 2016. I have taken the route from Bikers Britain (with a slight modification) called The Charlbury TT. I have done the route and am going to introduce my son to it. I would welcome father/son duos both experienced and novices. However, being novices ourselves and never done group riding we would expect anyone riding along to be able to make their own way at their own pace. We will set off from On Yer Bike at 8:00 am and expect to be back at On Yer Bike at around 10:30 for a cuppa and a breakdown of the run and hopefully make new friends. I never imagined there was these kind of roads about in this area. Ok, it is not Scotland or Wales kind of roads but it has decent surfaces, twisties galore both long and tight and ups and downs. Tame enough for novice riders, enough to challenge the intermediate and enough to keep experienced riders interested. I will be riding a Triumph Sprint ST1050 and my son will be on a Honda VFR800. If any father/son duo's or pillions are thinking of tagging along feel free to drop me a line at mybikingadventure@hotmail.com. Stay safe and keep em between the hedges.
