COMMERCIAL BANK GRAND PRIX OF QATAR
The fans and participators of FIM Grand Prix are waiting for the start of the 66th F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season with the official beginning in Doha, Qatar.
The season will be started by Marc Márquez, the defending riders' champion in the MotoGP category. He will defend Honda manufacture.
Moto2 and Moto3 champions will be defending by Pol Espargaró and Maverick Viñales.
The 2014 Grand Prix calendar was changed concerning two South American races.

The starting point of the International Road Racing Championship will take place at the marvelous Losail International Circuit that is situated on the outskirts of Doha, Qatar. The first event that was hosted by the Circuit was the Marlboro Grand Prix of Qatar on the 2nd October 2004.
The track comprises 5.4 kilometres, in which the main straight is about a kilometre, medium and high-speed corners make a good mix, including a couple of quick left-handers which has proved particularly popular with the riders.
The first night time Grand Prix in the history of Quatar Circuit was celebrated in 2008, after the construction of of permanent outdoor lighting.
The evening race events at the circuit turned to be a great success, so it is not accidentally that the most spectacular Moto Grand Prix events take place particularly in Quatar.
