Gloucestershire Vintage and Country Extravaganza
Gloucestershire Vintage and Country Extravaganza is an annual event by the Stroud Vintage Transport & Engine Club that has this year its 41th edition. The event takes place at South Cerney Airfield on the outskirts of Cirencester in Gloucestershire on July 31st, August 1st & 2nd 2015.
The Gloucestershire Vintage and Country Extravaganza will have two arenas - a Steam Arena with non-stop steam action and the Main Arena with displays and commentary on classic cars and the vintage, tractors, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, vintage bus and coaches, miniature steam, emergency vehicles and industrial trucks.
Also there will be Model aircraft displays both in the air and in a big showground, two Countryside Arenas, Vintage caravan display, a trade stand area, The Timber arena, a Craft marquee, the Specialist Displays area, a Stationary Engine display, a vintage fairground and a food court.
An aerobatic display by Lauren Richardson is planned for Saturday 1st August if weather conditions are appropriate. Richard Goodwin and the Muscle Biplane Aerobatic Display will give a performance on Sunday, 2nd August.
Opening hours: 10 am till 4 pm each day.
